About Us
Meet Amy, our founder

Creative Recognition: Effie Awards, NY Festivals Awards, Anthem Awards, Shorty Awards, Webby Awards, etc.
Industry Leadership: Judge for the Effies, Anthem Awards, The One Club’s Next Creative Leaders; three-time 3% Conference speaker; featured in Fast Company, AdAge, Muse by Clio, and CampaignUS
Personal Burnout Story: Almost left the industry three times because of depression, anxiety, and overwhelm (which also led to disordered eating). After therapy and coaching, decided to stay and change things from the inside-out.
Both/And Journey: Has been dually-focused on creative leadership and workplace mental health since 2019, earning multiple certifications and awards, building internal agency initiatives, speaking at conferences, and advocating across the industry
